We are glad you are interested in your eternal destiny. You have already taken the first step needed for your salvation; that is to recognize your need of it. The Bible clearly declares that we all have sin and are far away from God’s glory Rom 3:23. The Bible also says that the payment for sin is death, Rom 6:23. Yet, God’s love toward us is so great that He offers salvation to everyone who is interested in receiving it.
Salvation is a gift from God. There is nothing that a person can do to gain salvation. The free status of salvation is made possible due to the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. The fact that salvation is free does not mean that it costs nothing; for it cost Jesus’ suffering on the way to Golgotha, and Jesus' human life on the cross. The fact that salvation is free doesn't mean that every one is saved. Salvation is available only to those who are willing to embrace Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Here are some basic steps, which the Bible points out, must be taken in order for you to receive the free gift of salvation:

  1. You must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, John 3:16; John 20:31; Rom 10:9
  2. You must confess your sins to the Lord, Rom 10:9
  3. Repent of your sins; Mat 4:17,Mr 1:15, Lk 13:3, Acts 2:38.
  4. Get baptized; Acts 2:38, 8:12; 16:31-33; Mr 16:15-16; 1. Pet 3:21; Gal 3:27.

After these steps are taken a faithful life is expected from the new believer.
